This is accomplished by producing needed materials, calculating measurements and assembling the product to the customer’s specification. Adheres to safety regulations when handling material and equipment. A strong belief in the mission and goals of the company are necessary to this position. <br><b><u>Requirements:</u></b></p><ul><li>Previous experience in a millwork environment is preferred, but willing to train </li><li>Knowledge of tools preferred; General carpentry skills are a plus</li><li>Strong attention to detail</li><li>Possess strong mathematic skills to calculate measurements</li><li>Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines</li><li>Ability to work in a team environment</li></ul><b><u>Responsibilities:</u></b><ul><li>Work on a Door Assembly line to manufacture and assemble interior Prehung doors</li><li>Utilize air nail guns, staplers and other tools needed to assemble doors</li><li>Ability to lift up to 75lbs</li><li>Pick and pull production material as needed</li><li>Ability to read a tape measure preferred</li></ul><b><u>Benefits (full-time employees):</u></b><ul><li>Health, Dental, Vision (Single and Family Plans) available after 30 days of employment </li><li>Short and Long-Term Disability </li><li>Company-paid life insurance and AD&D </li><li>Optional supplemental life insurance </li><li>Company-match 401(k) </li><li>Vacation time and paid holidays </li><li>Vendor incentives </li><li>Room for growth; we promote from within! </li><li>Military encouraged to apply!</li></ul>",
