Our current client is looking for assistance from 6:30pm-10:30pm.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><u>Responsibilities:</u></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Use of transfer assistive devices, including but not limited to Hoyer lifts, sit to stand, gait belts and slide board</li>\n <li>Assisting residents with daily living activities such as transferring in and out of bed, bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming and walking</li>\n <li>Evaluate changes in client’s health, conferring with other healthcare team members as needed</li>\n <li>Maintaining the cleanliness of the environment which may include light housekeeping</li>\n <li>Use and cleaning of devices such as catheters, colostomy bags and oxygen supplies</li>\n <li>Assess for changes in condition and communicate immediately to supervisor</li>\n <li>Develop and implement meaningful life enrichment activities</li>\n <li>Following schedule, assisting residents with repositioning</li>\n <li>Transport client to doctors’ appointments or shopping</li>\n <li>Complete all required documents and charting</li>\n <li>Plan, shop for and prepare nutritious meals</li>\n <li>Provide companionship for the client</li>\n <li>Follow all Homestead policies and procedures</li>\n</ul>\n<p><u>Requirements:</u></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum 2 years of caregiving experience</li>\n <li>Experience passing medications</li>\n <li>Able to pass a criminal background check</li>\n <li>Valid Driver License/Insurance</li>\n <li>High school diploma or GED</li>\n <li>Reliable transportation</li>\n <li>Travel Max of 25miles</li>\n <li><strong>Weekend Availability</strong></li>\n</ul>\n<p><u>Benefits:</u></p>\n<ul>\n <li>PAID TIME OFF</li>\n <li>ROOM FOR GROWTH</li>\n <li>Paid training and orientation</li>\n <li>Employee recognition events</li>\n <li>Medical, dental and vision for full time employees</li>\n</ul>",
