Accessible only by air, the lodge operates year-round and combines exceptional hospitality with authentic northern adventure in a unique off-grid environment.</p>\n<p>We are looking for hardworking, dependable, and detail-oriented Housekeepers who take pride in creating clean, welcoming spaces and delivering exceptional guest experiences.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\">What You’ll Be Doing</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Housekeeping &amp; Guest Room Cleaning</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Perform daily housekeeping in guest rooms, cabins, bathrooms, shower facilities, and common areas</li>\n<li>Complete full room and cabin turnovers on guest arrival and departure days</li>\n<li>Change linens, replace towels, replenish amenities, and ensure guest spaces are consistently maintained to a high standard</li>\n<li>Maintain cleanliness and presentation throughout the lodge property</li>\n<li>Identify and report maintenance concerns or damaged items</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Laundry Operations</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Wash, dry, fold, organize, and distribute linens, towels, robes, and staff laundry</li>\n<li>Maintain organized and clean laundry facilities and storage areas</li>\n<li>Assist with inventory monitoring for housekeeping supplies and linens</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Public Area Cleaning</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain cleanliness of all shared lodge spaces, including lounges, hallways, dining spaces, and staff areas</li>\n<li>Support deep cleaning projects and seasonal cleaning initiatives as required</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Guest Service Support</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Interact with guests in a friendly, professional, and welcoming manner</li>\n<li>Support the overall guest experience through attention to detail and responsiveness</li>\n<li>Occasionally assist other operational teams during peak periods or operational needs</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\">What We’re Looking For</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Previous housekeeping, hotel, lodge, camp, or hospitality experience is an asset</li>\n<li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills</li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li>\n<li>Positive attitude and strong work ethic</li>\n<li>Comfortable working in a remote, off-grid environment</li>\n<li>Ability to adapt to changing operational needs</li>\n<li>Strong communication and teamwork skills</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\">Working at Blachford Lodge</span></p>\n<p>Working at Blachford Lodge is unlike a traditional hospitality job.
