We require a self-motivated professional capable of thriving within a dynamic workplace. Primary accountabilities include operating crane trucks, placing LPG storage vessels, and providing technical support to the service department. Furthermore, this role entails performing bulk propane deliveries to our diverse customer base. Given the visibility of this position, a commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience is paramount.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; text-decoration: underline\">Duties &amp; Responsibilities: </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Support Borealis’ vision for LPG service excellence in Central Alberta</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\"> Assist in the installation of new Borealis tanks when required and operate the crane truck, which includes: climbing on the crane truck deck to install and remove rigging; safely operating the crane (experience and training may be required); </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Complete work tickets, inspections, and Bill of Ladings as required</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Participate in the on-call rotation </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Willingness to undertake regional travel and work at various field locations as operationally required.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Evacuate the fuel in competitor tanks (customer-owned fuel) and return tanks to competitors' yards when required;</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Operate the bulk truck for fuel deliveries, which includes: </span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">climbing in and out of the truck safely multiple times per day (up to 30 or more); </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">pulling the delivery hose to tanks up to 150 feet away in snow, up and down hills if required; </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">lifting and installing heavy-duty tire chains (approx. 60 lbs) if required in the winter; </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">interface with MOGO in the bulk truck; </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Facilitate orders through the onboard truck computer system.</span></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; text-decoration: underline\">Education / Experience: </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Class 1 or 3 driver's licence with Air Brake endorsement </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Crane truck experience is an asset. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Bulk handling, bottle fill PTI recognized courses (Borealis will provide training), Transportation of Dangerous Goods (TDG) </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; text-decoration: underline\">Position Requirements: </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Knowledge of the LPG/fuel industry </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Proficient with computers and office software </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Exceptional communication and time management skills. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Multitasking and the ability to work with teams. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Solid knowledge of the Alberta Oil and Gas industry is an asset </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Communication and self-organization skills, a hands-on mentality </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Attention to detail and a self-starter </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Fit for duty and physically able to perform the above duties safely.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #323232; font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; text-decoration: underline\">Job Type:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #323232; font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Full-time work from our branch location in Central Alberta Branch in Crossfield </span></p>",
