          "text": "<p>Job Specifications - MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS <br /><br />Education Level | Experience Required<br />•    Bachelor degree in discipline appropriate to assignment or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Related certifications will be helpful. <br />•    The candidate must have 5+ years of experience supporting an enterprise environment (500+ server environment, 3,000+ client endpoints)  <br /><br /><br />Knowledge Required<br />•    5-10 years of experience designing, implementing and maintaining Windows Server 2008 or later systems<br />•    5-7 years of experience engineering and administering Exchange server enterprise environment<br />•    5-7 years intermediate level understanding of network principles.<br />•    3-5 years working in a VMware Environment<br />•    3-5 years troubleshooting application, hardware and storage environments and infrastructure <br />•    1-2 years administering Amazon Web Services and/or Microsoft Azure <br /><br /><br />Desired Skills | Certifications<br />•    Exchange Server Engineering/Administration<br />•    Office 365 Engineering/Administration<br />•    ITIL v3 Certification<br />•    Active Directory/ Group Policy knowledge <br />•    VMWare experience (5.1, 5.5)<br />•    Scripting (PowerShell, Python and JSON)<br />•    Cloud platform experience Amazon Web Services (preferred) | Microsoft Azure <br />•    Forefront Identity Manager knowledge<br />•    Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager | Operations Manager<br />•    Strong organizational skills<br />•    Ability to work in a team environment<br />•    Lync | Skype for Business Administration <br />•    Enterprise Vault Archive Administration<br />•    Experience in data security and server hardening techniques<br />•    Proficiency in Change Management processes and procedures<br />•    Large Enterprise experience<br /></p>",
