You ability to make an impact is limited only by your passion and creativity.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>Behavioral Health Consultant salary range: $78,041.60 - $97,522.00 DOE with ability to go higher for highly experienced candidates.</em></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Please click link to see some of the fun we have here at CBHA!!</p> \n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<li>Works as part of the primary care team, to manage patients with emotional and/or health problems efficiently and effectively. </li>\n<li>Care Management- provide timely interventions; transition patients with chronical behavioral conditions to appropriate services; link families to resources and provide referrals; education patients and staff regarding behavioral health care, prevent and treatment. </li>\n<li>Maintain records that document interventions provided in accordance with program requirements and guidelines.</li>\n<li>Participate in evaluation and training of peers and support staff.  Also, monitor behavioral health program, identify problems related to patient care and make recommendations for improvement.</li>\n<li>Other duties as assigned.</li>\n<li>Promotes a positive work culture and upholds clinic policies and procedures, including the WE CARE standards of Behavior.</li>\n<li>Must uphold confidentiality at all times in regards to CBHA activities, reports, financials, patient health information and other proprietary information specific to CBHA.</li>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<h1>Professional and Technical Knowledge:</h1>\n<li>Possesses an understanding in the application of behavioral health theory, case management interventions and ethical practices of the behavioral health profession.</li>\n<li>Requires the equivalent of extensive formal training in providing behavioral health and case management interventions, usually acquired in the completion of a Master’s Degree with a major in social work, counseling, or related field. </li>\n<li>Must be bilingual/biliterate in English/Spanish</li>\n<h1>Licenses and Certification:</h1>\n<li>Possesses a license to provide behavioral health interventions/counseling (LMHC, LMHC-A, LICSW.)   </li>\n<li>Possesses a valid driver’s license.</li>\n<p><strong>Technical Skills:</strong></p>\n<li>Ability to prepare basic correspondence and simple reports in Microsoft Word.</li>\n<li>Ability to use Microsoft Excel to create tables and simple displays of information.</li>\n<li>Ability to create basic presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint.</li>\n<li>Ability to enter and manage data into a centralized electronic health records</li>\n<p><strong><u>Benefits:</u></strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Please click here for an overview of our General Description of Benefits</p>",
