This position will have a strong focus on content creation for our company and products.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong><u>Duties and Responsibilities, including but not limited to:</u></strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Researches and coordinates all aspects of trade shows and conferences, and attends some trade shows</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Coordinates all aspects of Lunch and Learns, including invitations, updating calendar, mailing literature, sending certificates after lunch and learn and follow up satisfaction e-mail</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Distributes web leads to appropriate people across all divisions</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Organizes internal and external distribution of marketing collaterals, including inventory, placing orders, verifying receipt</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Mailings, including data entry of leads, CRM management</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Coordinates and delivers email and mass-mail campaigns</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Collects and qualifies information regarding potential customers via magazines, e-mails, internet and specific web-based programs, i.e. McGraw, Sweets, ThomasNet</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Engages customers on social media, including blog, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Phone contact and follow up with potential customers and consultants</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Assists with creation of ads, brochures, case studies, presentations and other collateral, including collaborating with and directing media agencies</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Assists with corporate website content and updating</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ensures brand messages are supportive of and consistent with marketing strategies across all media platforms, events and opportunities</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Phone coverage during lunches, absences</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Assists with monthly and quarterly reports</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Assists with analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Updates job knowledge by participating in education opportunities</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong><u>Qualifications</u></strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Bachelor&#39;s Degree in Marketing, Communication, Sales or related</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Minimum 1-3&nbsp;years of marketing experience</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Social Media experience a plus</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Excellent written and verbal communication, editing and organizational skills</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Comfortable interacting with customers in person and on the phone</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to manage numerous activities and support the efforts of others in achieving company goals</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to work independently, take initiative, set priorities and see projects through to completion</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (required) and Adobe Creative Suite (a plus)</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Experience with email marketing services (Mail Chimp, Constant Contact, etc.) a plus</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Experience working with and maintaining brand standards</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Experience with CRM system a plus</li></ul></div></div>\n",
