    "description": "<p><br><br></p>\n<p>PFH Technology are currently looking for an <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">ICT Cloud &amp; Security Engineer</span> to join our growing team.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Location:</span> Dublin 1, hybrid</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Contract length</span>: 12-months (with expected extensions)</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<p>The ideal candidate will have at least 10-years’ experience in the following:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Configure and manage Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) for identity governance, conditional access, and MFA. </li>\n<li>Implement Privileged Identity Management (PIM) and role-based access controls. </li>\n<li>Deploy and manage Microsoft Intune for device compliance, application deployment, and endpoint configuration. </li>\n<li>Configure &amp; manage Microsoft Defender XDR solutions (Defender for Endpoint, Defender for Office 365 etc). </li>\n<li>Monitor and respond to security alerts using Microsoft Sentinel and other SIEM tools. </li>\n<li>Apply best practices for securing Azure resources, including network security groups, firewalls, and encryption. </li>\n<li>Implement Zero Trust principles across identity, devices, and applications. </li>\n<li>Lead investigations for security incidents and provide remediation strategies. </li>\n<li>Maintain detailed documentation for configurations, policies, and procedures.</li>\n<li>Must be able to show a high degree of awareness of cybersecurity best practices and concepts including phishing awareness, Identity and Access Management, Multifactor Authentication, Zero Trust Security Model, Purview specially Information Protection </li>\n<li>Must have demonstrated experience of threat evaluation and security incident response </li>\n<li>Must have exposure to and be able to demonstrate experience using an ITIL aligned Service desk and associated principles such as Incident and Service request management, Problem Management, Change Management, continual Service improvement etc. </li>\n<li>Must be able to demonstrate excellent support &amp; troubleshooting skills for Level 3 Incident Management aligned with ITIL best practices (Incident management, Service Request and Problem Management).</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Duties:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Be willing and capable to work well within a team environment </li>\n<li>Be able to clearly communicate technical solutions in a user friendly and professional manner demonstrating a customer service mind-set </li>\n<li>Provide third line support for ICT Operations and other ICT Teams  </li>\n<li>Liaise with other ICT technical team specialists within the  organisation to complete projects, (the response should clearly detail the areas where the tenderer has technical expertise). </li>\n<li>Be able to follow Incident Management Process.</li>\n<li>Create and update our Knowledge Management system, SOP’s, and Runbooks.</li>\n<li>To contribute effectively to organisational and team processes and adhere to policies including but not limited to Data Protection and Information Security </li>\n<li>Be responsible for ensuring the IT systems and applications are maintained to best practice. </li>\n<li>Recognise system deficiencies and suggest effective solutions while complying with company policies and procedures.</li>\n<li>Research current best practice technology solutions and translate them into our environment </li>\n<li>To participate in Change Advisory Board (CAB) and Problem Management meetings and to share information with the support teams.</li>\n<li>Be responsible for resolution of all tickets within agreed KPI timelines.</li>\n<li>Carry out any other duties as required.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Education:</span></p>\n<p>Must hold - Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate AZ-500 </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Must hold at least one of the following but all three would be advantageous: </p>\n<ul>\n<li>Microsoft Certified: Security Operations Analyst Associate SC-200 </li>\n<li>Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate SC-300 </li>\n<li>Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate MD-102 </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>PFH Technology, owned by Ricoh – a Japanese based global ICT company, is a premier provider of end-to-end ICT solutions and a managed services portfolio scaling from SMEs to large Enterprise organisations.
