    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Job Description</span></p>\n<p>Provide junior-level naval architecture support for Navy ship maintenance, modernization, lifecycle sustainment, and engineering initiatives. Support technical analysis, ship configuration management, engineering documentation development, and modernization planning activities for aircraft carrier and naval vessel programs.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support naval architecture and engineering analysis activities</li>\n<li>Assist with ship design modification reviews and technical documentation updates</li>\n<li>Support development and maintenance of ship configuration documentation</li>\n<li>Analyze technical drawings, specifications, and engineering data</li>\n<li>Assist with maintenance planning and modernization initiatives</li>\n<li>Support lifecycle sustainment and engineering assessment activities</li>\n<li>Coordinate with Government engineering and technical personnel</li>\n<li>Prepare technical reports, presentations, and engineering documentation</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor’s Degree in Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering, or related engineering discipline required</li>\n<li>Minimum 2 years professional experience supporting naval engineering or shipbuilding activities preferred</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Required Systems, Tools, and Framework Experience</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ship configuration management processes</li>\n<li>Naval engineering documentation systems</li>\n<li>Technical drawing and engineering review tools</li>\n<li>Microsoft Office Suite</li>\n<li>Navy maintenance and modernization support processes</li>\n<li>Engineering analysis and reporting tools</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Preferred Specialized Experience</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Naval ship design or maintenance experience</li>\n<li>Aircraft carrier or surface ship support experience</li>\n<li>NAVSEA or shipyard support experience</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Equal Opportunity Employer Statement</span></p>\n<p>We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and strive to provide equal employment opportunity to all applicants and staff in accordance with sound employee relations practices and federal and state laws.
