Description Job Title: Electrical Engineer III Department: Engineering Description This is a hands-on, production-focused engineering role centered on troubleshooting, failure analysis, and root cause investigation of complex electronic systems. We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Engineer III to support the ramp-up of our new operations in Solon, OH. This role is critical to ensuring production continuity by serving as a primary technical resource for diagnosing and resolving hardware failures in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate thrives working directly with hardware, is comfortable on the production floor, and takes ownership of technical issues from identification through resolution. This role partners closely with Manufacturing, Quality, and Program Management and plays a key role in ensuring product performance, reliability, and customer satisfaction. This role aligns closely with backgrounds such as Test Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, Failure Analysis Engineer, or Hardware Troubleshooting Engineer.
