You'll use data to identify what's working, what isn't, and where we need to improve. You'll help create more structured, consistent, and effective hiring practices across the organization. Most importantly, you'll help build a Talent Acquisition function that can support where the business is going, not just where it is today. This role is for someone who enjoys building. Someone who likes creating structure, improving systems, and helping a business scale through great hiring.
