font-size: 12.0pt\"><span>·       </span></span><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt\">Treatment Planning:</span><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt\"> Develop individualized treatment plans focused on improving the patient's ability to perform activities of daily living (ADLs) and instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs).</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Symbol; font-size: 12.0pt\"><span>·       </span></span><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt\">Adaptive Techniques:</span><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt\"> Teach patients alternative methods to perform tasks, using adaptive equipment or modifying their environment to enhance independence.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Symbol; font-size: 12.0pt\"><span>·       </span></span><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt\">Fine Motor Skills:</span><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt\"> Implement exercises and activities to improve hand-eye coordination, dexterity, and fine motor skills.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Symbol; font-size: 12.0pt\"><span>·       </span></span><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt\">Cognitive Training:</span><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt\"> Address cognitive impairments that may affect the patient's ability to plan, organize, and complete daily tasks.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Symbol; font-size: 12.0pt\"><span>·       </span></span><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt\">Home Safety:</span><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt\"> Conduct home safety assessments and recommend modifications (e.g., grab bars, ramps) to prevent falls and ensure a safe living environment.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Symbol; font-size: 12.0pt\"><span>·       </span></span><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt\">Education:</span><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt\"> Provide education to patients and their families on techniques to improve independence and manage daily activities effectively.<br><span style=\"font-family: Symbol; font-size: 12.0pt\"><span>·       </span></span><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt\">Master’s Degree or Doctorate's plus minimum of [1] year of experience as an Occupational Therapist Preferred</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Symbol; font-size: 12.0pt\"><span>·       </span></span><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt\">Occupational Therapy license in the state of California</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Symbol; font-size: 12.0pt\"><span>·       </span></span><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt\">Experience working with patients of all ages and abilities</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Symbol;
