The client splits business between wholesale flips and renovations. For flips, the properties are purchased in any condition, eliminating the need for repairs, showings, or agent commissions. The client emphasizes experience handling complex or time-sensitive situations such as foreclosure, inherited homes, or financial distress, positioning itself as a reliable solution for motivated sellers. JOB SUMMARY We are seeking a Home Buying Specialist to join our growing team. This person must like problem-solving and negotiation. We are looking for someone who is comfortable with risk- taking, independent, confident, firm and proactive. This person will need to take the initiative to get things done. RE license is not required! We are looking for hungry professionals to mold and mentor. WHAT WE OFFER 10% commission on all deals/ Competitive monthly base. First year OTE around $110k Fun, energetic company culture with a heavy focus on transparency All expenses paid bonus trips for hitting metrics Company provided work equipment Pre-generated web leads, robust marketing program Comprehensive training program to set you up for success ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Speak and meet with homeowners to purchase their property Setting up seller appointments along with contract negotiations Leads are provided to you (Warm/Hot) Assessing rehab costs and after-repair-value of the home Build trust quickly in a short time- brand ambassador to promote the company. Ability to solve problems and get results. Integrity but profit minded Taking photos and videos of the property for underwriting purposes Understanding and updating CRM as necessary Knowledge in multiple acquisition methods QUALIFICATIONS 2 years of sales experience minimum Track record of success in sales Team player, Self-starter, Approachable Strong negotiation skills & a natural deal maker, Excellent follow-up skills Ability to set and close appointments over the phone Relationship building skills Must be motivated to succeed in a competitive environment Entrepreneurial spirit Committed to the long-term growth of yourself and the company Clean background check and driver's license required
