The Mental Health Unit Manager will also develop and implement site level treatment schedules, participate in interviews and hiring processes, as well as performance evaluations, disciplinary procedures, and ensuring adherence to the Collective Bargaining Agreement.</span></p>\n\n<p><span style=\"font-family:Aptos,sans-serif\">Lincoln, Illinois holds the distinction of being the only city named after Abraham Lincoln before his presidency.
