    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>Hi-Vac Corporation</strong> is seeking full-time <strong>Assembly Mechanics</strong>!<strong>&nbsp;</strong>If you like to build large equipment and have a rewarding career, we want to talk to you!</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>The Assembly Mechanic works in the manufacturing facility as part of an assembly team responsible for building mobile and industrial equipment that is mounted on a truck chassis or trailer. Assembly Mechanics work together with other team members and other trades to assemble the finest industrial and environmental equipment available. This role is suited to a &ldquo;jack of all trades&rdquo; with mechanical knowledge as well as some hydraulic and pneumatic experience.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Skills and responsibilities may include but not limited to:</strong>&nbsp;</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Mechanical ability with a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn.</li><li>Assembling components and sub-assemblies per work instructions and the instructions of the team leader.&nbsp;</li><li>Attention to detail and exhibits great pride in their work.</li><li>Feedback ideas to team leaders and engineering to improve the product, improve efficiency, and reduce scrap and rework. &nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Any experience with hydraulics and pneumatics for heavy equipment would be a plus.&nbsp;</li><li>Able to use all hand tools and power tools used in the assembly and manufacturing of heavy equipment.&nbsp;</li><li>Committed to Excellence and enjoys working on a variety of projects and tasks.</li><li>Set up and operate production equipment in accordance with current good manufacturing practices and standard operating procedures.</li><li>Willingness to change, flex and learn, self-motivated.&nbsp;</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Education/Experience:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and</li><li>Post-Secondary Education from a Technical School or</li><li>Mechanical ability with 1 to 3 years working in an environment that requires mechanical ability.&nbsp;</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Great work schedule and full benefits package options to include the list below and more.&nbsp;</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Medical/Dental/Vision Benefits Package</li><li>Disability and Life insurance</li><li>401k plans</li><li>Paid Time Off and Holidays</li><li>Safety Boot, Prescription Safety Glasses &amp; Uniform program.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong id=\"isPasted\">Hi-Vac Corporation&nbsp;</strong>is an industry leader in manufacturing large industrial environmental truck and trailer mounted equipment that is sold all over the world.
