Amenities at these apartment communities include outdoor seasonal pool, river dock for non-motorized boats, community room, river views and beautiful courtyard space with BBQ.&nbsp;Waverly Surf is located in SE Portland in the Sellwood neighborhood, and Meadow Park Apartments is located in Beaverton.</p><p><br></p><p>The Maintenance Technician II will be required to perform essential maintenance duties including repairs, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, light landscaping, pool maintenance, and janitorial tasks under the guidance of experienced maintenance technicians. The Maintenance Technician II must have amazing attention to detail, time management skills, and be comfortable managing work orders using technology.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>If you have maintenance experience, enjoy working individually or on a team, and possess the desire to continuously learn, we would love to talk to you.
