This is an essential role in navigating the organization towards its immediate and future financial objectives. </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Reporting to the Head of Finance, responsibilities of a Finance Manager who possesses a strong finance background and can confidently manage a team of 2 direct reports:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Manage all areas of day-to-day finance</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Preparing weekly, monthly and quarterly financial reports</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Oversee the operations and development of the company’s finance departments including creating and reviewing policies, budgeting, and conducting regular assessments of financial procedures.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Supervise the preparation of quarterly and annual account reconciliations, monitor and enforce compliance with tax and financial reporting standards and acting as main point of contact for the auditors</span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance overall department efficiency and effectiveness</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Support on-going and ad-hoc projects as required </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Job Requirement :</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related fields</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">5+ years of fund management experience in large enterprises or financial institutions</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Strong command of fund pooling, cross-border flows, and financing instruments</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Preferably in Finance Industry or Payment Industry, FinTech</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Hands-on experience with third-party payment systems</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Familiarity with tools like Excel modeling, and data analytics platforms</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Strategic mindset with strong risk awareness and cross-functional collaboration skills</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>",
