Experience a fast-paced, exciting environment working with diverse guests every day!</em></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>As a Valet Supervisor, you are an integral part of the guest experience, ensuring every \"warm welcome\" is handled with excellence. </p>\n<p>You will lead by example and overseeing daily shift operations.</p>\n<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>\n<p><strong>1. Leadership & 5-Star Service</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><p><strong>Lead by Example:</strong> Provide and guide your team to deliver 5-Star service to every guest.</p></li>\n <li><p><strong>Professionalism:</strong> Maintain a high standard of professionalism to ensure total guest and client satisfaction.</p></li>\n <li><p><strong>Positive Experience:</strong> Focus on enhancing the well-being of both guests and associates to create memorable experiences.</p></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>2. Operational Oversight</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><p><strong>Shift Management:</strong> Ensure the proper functioning of your assigned shift from start to finish.</p></li>\n <li><p><strong>Policy Compliance:</strong> Monitor and ensure that all team members adhere to Metropolis / SP+ Hospitality policies and procedures.</p></li>\n <li><p><strong>Team Support:</strong> Act as the first point of contact for associates during the shift to resolve issues quickly and effectively.</p></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>3. Quality Control</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><p><strong>Guest Relations:</strong> Step in to assist with high-profile guests or resolve any service concerns on the spot.</p></li>\n <li><p><strong>Operational Excellence:</strong> Maintain the flow of the parking facility to ensure efficiency and safety at all times.</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<h3>Qualifications & Requirements</h3>\n<p><strong>What You’ll Need:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><p><strong>Experience:</strong> At least <strong>6 months</strong> of guest service experience.</p></li>\n <li><p><strong>License:</strong> A valid state driver’s license with a safe driving record.</p></li>\n <li><p><strong>Age:</strong> Must be at least 18 years of age.</p></li>\n <li><p><strong>Communication:</strong> Ability to communicate effectively in English (written and oral).</p></li>\n <li><p><strong>Appearance:</strong> Must maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.</p></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Physical Demands:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><p><strong>Activity:</strong> Ability to stand for long periods (up to 8 hours) and sprint short distances when needed.</p></li>\n <li><p><strong>Strength:</strong> Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to <strong>50 lbs</strong> (luggage, signs, etc.).</p></li>\n <li><p><strong>Environment:</strong> Ability to work outdoors in all weather elements (heat, rain, wind, or snow).</p></li>\n <li><p><strong>Agility:</strong> Ability to bend, stoop, squat, and lift frequently throughout the shift.</p></li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>SP+ Hospitality is an equal opportunity employer committed in policy and practice to recruit, hire, train, and promote, in all job classifications, without regard to race, color, religion, sex, age, national origin, citizenship status, marital status, sexual orientation, veteran status, disability or other classes protected by federal or state law.
