    "description": "<p>    <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">  Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Serve as a Lead for the Intake and Client Development departments with responsibilities for managing the pace and accuracy of document collection in Pre-Screen, Intake, and Client Development.</li>\n<li>Lead Rapid Fire Daily Huddle Meetings.</li>\n<li>Review reports for each area to maintain department efficiency and effectiveness in following policies &amp; procedures to deliver a positive client experience, as well as maximize Starts of Care by reaching department performance standards and VCC growth targets.</li>\n<li>Provide training and coaching to Intake and Client Development team members as needed.</li>\n<li>Maintain an individual caseload by performing Pre-Screen, Intake, and Client Development Specialist duties as needed to support department needs, performance metrics, and growth targets. </li>\n<li>Other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>     <span style=\"font-weight: bold\"> Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience with Pre-Screen, Intake, and Client Development processes and responsibilities is required.  Previous supervisory experience is strongly preferred.</li>\n</ul>",
