This role supports students&rsquo; transition to college-level coursework and career pathways, using hands-on, engaging teaching methods that align with college standards and support seamless articulation with high school programs.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Teach courses in accordance with the college&rsquo;s articulated curriculum standards.</li><li>Collaborate with high school educators and administrators to sustain and improve articulation agreements.</li><li>Assess and document student learning outcomes, adhering to college policies and standards.</li><li>Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with curriculum updates and instructional practices.</li><li>Act as a liaison between Clatsop Community College and partner high schools to foster strong collaborative relationships.</li><li>Ensure all instructional activities comply with institutional and state requirements for articulated programs.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Master&rsquo;s degree in a related field (Bachelor&rsquo;s degree with relevant experience considered).</li><li>Demonstrated teaching or industry experience.</li><li>Strong communication and collaboration skills.</li><li>Experience working with diverse student populations is preferred.</li></ul></div></div>\n",
