    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><span><strong>Position Summary:</strong></span></p>\n<p>The Large Program Delivery Assurance Lead is the factory-level execution owner for complex, high-visibility product lines supporting critical data center infrastructure. This role is accountable for ensuring that assigned builds are delivered on time, in full, and to exact configuration — helping to ensure that every unit meets quality standards and is ready for customer shipment in alignment with committed schedules.</p>\n<p>Serving as the vital link between program strategy and shop-floor execution, the Delivery Assurance Lead drives daily performance across operations, materials, quality, and test. This role brings structure, urgency, and clarity to the production environment—proactively identifying risks, removing barriers, and ensuring the manufacturing line consistently performs to plan.</p>\n<p>As a key partner to Large Program and Business Unit leadership, the Delivery Assurance Lead provides clear, real-time visibility into delivery status, enabling informed decision-making and reinforcing customer confidence.</p>\n<p><strong>Your mission:</strong> deliver every unit on schedule and to the highest quality standards—while driving accountability, resolving challenges at their source, and ensuring full transparency across stakeholders.</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><span><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></span></p>\n<p><span><u>Factory Execution &amp; Schedule Adherence</u></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Maintain and manage the daily build schedule for assigned product lines.</span></li>\n <li><span>Track WIP progress against CRDs&nbsp;and PDs, highlighting at-risk builds and recovery actions.&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Coordinate with Production Supervisors to align labor, machine time, and test bay availability.</span></li>\n <li><span>Monitor and track production adherence and attainment for on-time to delivery assurance.&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Identify obstacles and address them head on with actions or escalations as appropriate.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><u>Material &amp; BOM Readiness Coordination</u></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Validate that all components and subassemblies are available before build start (clear to build).</span></li>\n <li><span>Partner with Materials and Master Data orgs. to resolve shortages, alternates, or incorrect attributes.</span></li>\n <li><span>Confirm that BOM revisions used in the factory match current released versions.&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Coordinate with Engineering for any on-site design clarifications or part substitutions.&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Manage material staging areas to ensure lean flow to production</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><u>On-Site Problem Solving &amp; Communication</u></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Capture build data for cycle time, material issues, and rework for process improvement.</span></li>\n <li><span>Recommend and implement improvements in flow, sequencing, or standard work.&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Support new product introductions by validating readiness and feedback to engineering.&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Participate in cross-site product forums to align factory-level execution practices.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><u>Leadership &amp; Accountability</u></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Report daily to factory leadership and BU PM on delivery status, risks, and escalations.&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Foster close working relationships between operators, planners, and engineers.&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Maintain clear ownership of all open actions until closure.&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Serve as the go-to person for visibility on all builds within their product scope.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><strong>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:</strong>&nbsp;</span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.</span></li>\n <li><span>4-6 years of experience in demand planning, operations, or supply chain within a manufacturing environment.</span></li>\n <li><span>Proficiency in ERP systems (Oracle preferred) and data analytics using Power BI or equivalent tools.</span></li>\n <li><span>Demonstrated analytical, organizational, and communication skills with high attention to detail.</span></li>\n <li><span>Demonstrated expertise in leading successful cross-functional project teams.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><strong>PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:&nbsp;</strong></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Experience in complex, multi-site manufacturing or global supply chains.</span></li>\n <li><span>Lean / Six Sigma certification or hands-on process improvement experience.</span></li>\n <li><span>Strong understanding of SIOP / IBP processes and forecasting methodologies.</span></li>\n <li><span>PMP certification or formal project management training.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><strong>Travel Requirement:</strong>&nbsp;Up to 20% travel required.</span></p>",
