Location: Fort Lee, New Jersey Job Type: Temporary Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR & Office Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day human resources functions along with general office administration. This is a temporary role ideal for someone who can multitask, maintain confidentiality, and ensure smooth office operations. Key Responsibilities: Assist with HR administrative tasks such as onboarding, employee documentation, and maintaining personnel records Support recruitment activities including scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate communications Help process new hire paperwork and ensure compliance with company policies Maintain HR databases and update employee records accurately Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures Provide general office administrative support, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence Order office supplies and manage inventory Assist with filing, scanning, and document management Coordinate with vendors and support office operations as needed Support temporary workers’ payroll payment Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred 0–2 years of experience in HR or administrative support role Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality Professional proficiency in both English and Korean preferred Preferred Skills: Familiarity with ADP Recruitment tool Basic knowledge of HR practices and employment laws Experience in office administration or coordination
