          "text": "<p>Position to fill: Core Banking Product Manager</p><p><span>Industry Banking Software</span><br /></p><p><span>Location: Remote, Global. </span><br /></p><p><span>Salary range: Very competitive base + benefits</span><br /></p><p><br /></p><p>Job Description:--</p><p><br /></p><p>Our client is an exciting and disruptive FinTech Core Banking software company </p><p><span>currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Product Manager to join their Core </span><br /></p><p><span>Banking solution team.</span><br /></p><p><br /></p><p>You will:-</p><p><span>Own the product roadmap and prioritize features to support ongoing delivery, </span><br /></p><p><span>sales/marketing initiatives, and other client commitments of the assigned Core Banking </span><br /></p><p><span>solution.</span><br /></p><p><br /></p><p>Write market requirements documents that effectively communicate requirements to </p><p><span>Technical Product Management, R&amp;D, and other relevant technical teams.</span><br /></p><p><span>Research, gather, and define product requirements from discussions with clients and </span><br /></p><p><span>other sources.</span><br /></p><p><span>Support project implementations and sales teams as subject matter expert for the Core </span><br /></p><p><span>Banking space and the assigned products, including technical product expertise.</span><br /></p><p><span>Drive creative resolution of escalated project issues with optimal business outcome </span><br /></p><p><span>across multiple internal and external stakeholders.</span><br /></p><p><span>Assist management with special projects related to the Core Banking Divisions </span><br /></p><p><span>objectives.</span><br /></p><p><span><br /></span></p><p><span>Requirements:--</span><br /></p><p><br /></p><p>3+ years of Core Banking software product management or product marketing experience </p><p><span>with a software vendor.</span><br /></p><p><span>Excellent Core Banking knowledge within the Credit Union and Community Banking </span><br /></p><p><span>sector.</span><br /></p><p><span>Ability to work flexibly and independently in a fluid, start-up environment.</span><br /></p><p><span>Ability to work successfully with clients and business partners directly.</span><br /></p><p><span>Experience working with remote teams and in a remote working environment.</span><br /></p><p><span>Excellent problem solving ability in high pressure situations.</span><br /></p><p><span>Excellent negotiation skills to resolve internal and external competing priorities.</span><br /></p><p><span>Superior written and oral communication skills, coupled with technical acumen.</span><br /></p><p><span>Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.</span><br /></p><p><span>BS or BA degree, or higher</span><br /></p><p><span> </span><br /></p><p><span>Highly Desired:-</span><br /></p><p><span><br /></span></p><p><span>Experience working with offshore development team</span><br /></p><p><span>Experience working with financial services industry</span><br /></p><p><span>Knowledge of Core Banking vendors and Credit Union and Community Banking market </span><br /></p><p><span>landscape.</span><br /></p><p><span>This is a remote position which will require some travel (35%- 55%) </span><br /></p><p><span>Compensation: Very competitive base + benefits</span><br /></p>",
