Whether you&rsquo;re starting your career journey or aiming for the next level, we foster a supportive environment where your contributions are valued and celebrated.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong><em>Why Join CNG?</em></strong></p><p><strong>Employee Ownership:</strong> Every employee receives equity shares, enabling you to participate in our company&#39;s growth and prosperity.</p><p><strong>Work-Life Balance:</strong> We support true work-life integration for all CNG employee owners.</p><p><strong>Career Growth:</strong> Advance your career within our expanding network of manufacturing facilities with comprehensive training and development programs.</p><p><strong>Purpose-Driven Work:</strong> Help create sustainable packaging solutions that reduce food waste and protect our environment for future generations.</p><p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong><u>The Role</u></strong></p><p>From machine operators to maintenance technicians to quality inspectors, our teams help protect what matters most&mdash;making everyday life safer, smarter, and more sustainable.</p><p><strong>Schedule:</strong> Work only <u>15 days per month</u> with our unique rotating 2-2-3 schedule.</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li><strong>Night Shift:</strong> 7:00pm - 7:00am</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong><u>What You&#39;ll Do&nbsp;</u></strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li data-pasted=\"true\">Performs comprehensive electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of complex manufacturing equipment, including 24V analog/digital circuitry, VFDs, PLCs, &nbsp;and automated systems</li><li>Executes preventive maintenance programs through scheduled inspections, calibrations, and repairs while documenting all activities in computerized maintenance systems</li><li>Interprets and works from electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, hydraulic/pneumatic layouts, and technical documentation to diagnose and repair equipment</li><li>Tests and troubleshoots electrical systems using multi-meters, ammeters, and diagnostic equipment</li><li>Installs, wires, and verifies operation of 3-phase, single-phase, and DC motors according to electrical schematics</li><li>Implements and strictly follows safety protocols, including LockOut/TagOut procedures and emergency response procedures</li><li>Performs rigging and lifting operations for heavy equipment components while following safety requirements</li><li>Maintains accurate documentation of repairs, parts usage, and preventive maintenance activities</li><li>Coordinates maintenance activities with production schedules and shift leadership to minimize downtime</li><li>Provides technical training and support to operators on equipment operation and basic maintenance</li><li>Participates in continuous improvement initiatives and engineering projects</li><li>Collaborates with team members, vendors, and contractors to support maintenance operations and equipment upgrades</li></ul><p><strong><u>What You&rsquo;ll Bring&nbsp;</u></strong></p><p><strong>Essential Qualifications:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\" data-pasted=\"true\"><li>Proficiency in reading electrical schematics and mechanical blueprints</li><li>Strong troubleshooting skills for electrical and mechanical systems</li><li>Knowledge of precision measuring instruments</li><li>Proficiency in computer-based maintenance systems</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Multi-skilled in all areas of industrial maintenance</li><li>Able to use precision measuring equipment such as calipers</li><li>Able to engage in a team working collaboratively as well as making repairs independently</li><li>Metalworking and welding skills are a plus</li><li>HVAC experience a plus</li><li>Prefer to have strong electrical skills including experience with PLCs and drives, troubleshooting control circuits</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li data-pasted=\"true\">Associate degree in Electromechanical Technology OR equivalent experience</li><li data-pasted=\"true\">3+ years of industrial maintenance experience a plus</li></ul><p><strong><u>Compensation &amp;
