    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><link href=\"https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/npm/[email protected]/css/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\">&nbsp;Job Summary:</div><p>The Property Manager is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the property under the direction of the Regional Manager. &nbsp; Property Managers maintain relationships with all potential residents and residing residents and ensure consistent application of property policies. &nbsp;Manager must maintain relationships between the property and all other departments within Southwood Realty.</p><p>Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Conduct all business in accordance with company policies and procedures, Fair Housing, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and all other laws pertaining to apartments</li><li>Responsible for the thorough knowledge, implementation and enforcement of all policies and procedures of Southwood Realty; insuring through constant supervision and review of all personnel in all departments are operating within those regulations.</li><li>Operating the property within the financial guidelines, i.e., the budget established</li><li>Daily physical inspection of the property and direct supervision of the service team</li><li>Direct supervision of the office staff and bookkeeping functions</li><li>Responsible for ensuring a professional appearance and attitude at all times for yourself and all property employees</li><li>Responsible for the leasing of the property; insuring the supervision of the office and leasing personnel that all sales techniques and methods required are being used effectively and in a professional manner</li><li>Responsible for ensuring that all personnel respond to resident requests of complaints in a timely, efficient, and courteous manner</li><li>Responsible for implementing, designing and maintaining a resident retention program</li><li>Responsible for ensuring the physical well-being and curb appeal of the apartment community</li></ul><p>Qualifications:</p><ul><li>Must be able to work in a fast-paced and customer service-oriented environment</li><li>Works as part of a team, as well as completes assignments independently</li><li>Exercises problem-solving skills</li><li>High School Diploma</li><li>At least 2 years of selling experience</li><li>At least 5 years of customer service experience</li><li>Able to type at least 40 WPM</li><li>Must be organized</li></ul><p>*Only applicants with previous experience will be considered for this position</p><p>Full job description can be found in the below attachment.</p><div><link href=\"https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/npm/[email protected]/css/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\"><div class=\"fr-view\"><p><br></p></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
