This role ensures projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with project specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. The Civil Superintendent supervises field crews, coordinates subcontractors, and works closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure successful project delivery.</p><hr><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p><strong>Project Supervision</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type:disc;\"><li style=\"tab-stops:list .5in;\">Manage daily field operations for civil construction projects.</li><li style=\"tab-stops:list .5in;\">Coordinate work between subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and internal crews.</li><li style=\"tab-stops:list .5in;\">Ensure work is completed according to project plans, specifications, and schedules.</li><li style=\"tab-stops:list .5in;\">Monitor project progress and address delays or issues promptly.</li></ul><p><strong>Site Management</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type:disc;\"><li style=\"tab-stops:list .5in;\">Maintain a safe and organized construction site.</li><li style=\"tab-stops:list .5in;\">Conduct daily site inspections and enforce safety policies and procedures.</li><li style=\"tab-stops:list .5in;\">Ensure compliance with OSHA and other regulatory requirements.</li><li style=\"tab-stops:list .5in;\">Manage site logistics including equipment, materials, and workforce.</li></ul><p><strong>Scheduling &amp;
