Working with senior leadership, you will assist with determining projects to pursue and put together proposal responses that align with Arcadis’ strategic plan. The successful candidate will be a proactive, collaborative&nbsp;team player with great attention to detail and the ability to follow and improve&nbsp;process.</p>\n<p><strong>Role accountabilities:</strong></p>\n<p><i>Pursuit and capture planning / strategy development and implementation (in partnership and collaboration with Pursuit Leaders as part of a pursuit team)</i></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Participate in client account planning and regional strategy efforts</li>\n <li>Manage development of comprehensive capture plans; develop and track action items and schedules to execute the plan</li>\n <li>Manage implementation of action plans to ensure the team is focused and engaged to increase win probability in advance of the RFP</li>\n <li>Develop and communicate effective win strategies and creates storyboards</li>\n <li>Conduct market research and analysis on opportunities, clients, projects&nbsp;and competitors&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Support strategy, preparation and content development for key positioning/client meetings and events</li>\n <li>Proactively manage prequalification process and tracks targeted procurements</li>\n</ul>\n<p><i>Proposal / Interview Phase:</i></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Serve as Senior Proposal Coordinator from kick-off meeting throughout the entire proposal development and interview preparation process, while complying with all RFP requirements, ensuring client needs are addressed and key messages are implemented (leveraging support from proposal coordinators and graphic designers)</li>\n <li>Write new text and/or tailors existing materials, interview staff/technical experts, incorporate win strategy/capture plan information into text, meet RFP requirements, edit content from other writers, and provide the most competitive RFP responses</li>\n <li>Support the interview preparation process</li>\n <li>Attend client pre-proposal and debrief meetings; share lessons learned and best practices across teams</li>\n <li>Track and organize debrief feedback and competitor proposals</li>\n</ul>\n<p><i>Other Responsibilities:</i></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Support proactive pipeline management efforts in Oracle Sales Cloud</li>\n <li>Lead proactive management of regional project and staff resume data with support from coordinators</li>\n <li>Work with corporate Marketing/Communications group to support general marketing campaign and branding efforts, (ie award submittals, client events, white paper/presentation development, events/conferences and public relations efforts, etc).</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications and Experience:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>You will have minimum five years’ experience in the AEC Industry&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Demonstrable track record of successful impact on pursuits</li>\n <li>Post-Secondary Degree in English, Marketing, Communications, or other relevant discipline&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Excellent commercial awareness and organizational understanding</li>\n <li>Proficiency in using relevant software and systems</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Why Arcadis?</p>\n<p>We can only achieve our goals when everyone is empowered to be their best.
