We are seeking a <strong>Project Engineer</strong> who is detail‑oriented, proactive, and eager to grow within a fast‑paced technical environment.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Assist with proposal follow‑ups, including tracking, communication, and documentation.</li>\n <li>Provide project setups, ensuring proper scope definition, budgeting, and scheduling.</li>\n <li>Assist with project closeouts, including final documentation, reporting, and client communication.</li>\n <li>Perform pre‑construction observations and prepare associated field reports.</li>\n <li>Tabulate vibration and settlement monitoring data and assist with preparation of monthly summary reports.</li>\n <li>Support project managers with technical tasks, field coordination, and client updates.</li>\n <li>Maintain organized project files, logs, and quality control documentation.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong organizational and communication skills.</li>\n <li>Ability to interpret construction plans, specifications, and technical data.</li>\n <li>Strong skills in MS Office</li>\n <li>Willingness to conduct occasional field observations.</li>\n <li>EIT certification or ability to obtain it is preferred but not required.</li>\n <li>Valid FL driver’s license</li>\n <li>Positive attitude, ability to work collaboratively</li>\n <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>NV5 offers a competitive compensation and benefits package including medical, dental, life insurance, PTO, 401(k) and professional development/advancement opportunities.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>NV5 provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, genetic information, marital status, amnesty, or status as a covered veteran in accordance with applicable federal, state and local laws.
