The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, and the ability to assist customers with custom orders.</p>\n<p> <br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Essential Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Fabricate standard sheet metal components, including:\n<ul>\n<li>Cap Metal, copings, drip edges</li>\n<li>Cover plates, backer plates, S-clips</li>\n<li>Standing seam flashings</li>\n<li>Gutters, downspouts, and directional offsets (left, right, in, out)</li>\n<li>Working and overflow scuppers</li>\n<li>Soffit panels, custom panels</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li>Produce advanced custom items such as:\n<ul>\n<li>Conductor heads</li>\n<li>Square-to-round transitions for drains</li>\n<li>Round pipe vents and storm collars</li>\n<li>Tapered roof jacks</li>\n<li>Chimney chase covers and curb cap covers</li>\n<li>Water diverters for sloped roof curbs</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li>Assist walk-in customers with special orders and provide knowledgeable product guidance.</li>\n<li>Lay out and fabricate custom orders based on specifications.</li>\n<li>Identify and understand different metal colors, gauges, and material limitations.</li>\n<li>Safely operate fabrication equipment and change bending bars when required.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to read measurements and layout materials accurately</li>\n<li>Skilled in operating cutting, bending, and forming equipment</li>\n<li>Good communication and customer service skills</li>\n<li>Ability to troubleshoot fabrication challenges</li>\n<li>Attention to detail and commitment to quality work</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Physical Requirements</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to lift, move, and manipulate metal materials</li>\n<li>Ability to stand for extended periods</li>\n<li>Manual dexterity for precision fabrication work</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Position Type/Expected Hours of Work</span></p>\n<p>This is a full-time position, and business hours are Monday through Friday. Longer hours, evenings, and weekend work as necessary.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Travel<br></span>No travel outside Minnesota is anticipated unless deemed necessary for training or other Company needs.
