By putting people first, working together to make others successful, and establishing a rich and empowered work culture, we create opportunities for our people and the businesses we serve to be successful.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Summary</strong>The Field Canvasser/Recall Specialist will be responsible for effectively managing a territory to ensure that assigned cases pertaining to Takata airbag recalls, or other Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) critical initiatives assigned, are completed, or cases closed on identified targeted vehicles in their assigned geography.   <strong>Essential Job Functions:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Conduct field canvassing, “door knocks” and face-to-face visits at identified addresses to close cases with required documentation </li>\n <li>Utilize MarketSource Salesforce.com Dashboard to review case assignments and closures </li>\n <li>Subject matter expert on assigned initiative(s) </li>\n <li>Understand and communicate to the customer any incentives, benefits, and programs pertaining to initiatives that are available. </li>\n <li>Complete, upload, and record all information to specific requirements in Salesforce.com </li>\n <li>Utilize mapping and route optimization tools to effectively maximize productivity </li>\n <li>Educate consumers on the extreme importance of recall and/or initiative(s)</li>\n <li>Overcome hesitancy and resistance from consumers to close cases </li>\n <li>Develop relationships and work closely with assigned businesses in designated markets and field team members </li>\n <li>Contact or visit other locations as assigned</li>\n <li>Conduct investigative work to verify the accuracy of identified outcomes from call reports</li>\n <li>Utilize databases and additional resources to find supporting documentation that substantiates or updates outcomes</li>\n <li>Utilize available online resources to identify the location, owner, and disposition of identified target.</li>\n <li>Conduct follow-up calls to validate phone numbers and/or schedule appointments for the field team</li>\n <li>Document results of research in Salesforce.com or another database as directed</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Willingness to adhere to activity and reporting requirements</li>\n <li>Proven experience interacting with customers in person, via phone call, text, and email </li>\n <li>Effective communication and organization skills </li>\n <li>Ability to work independently in the field with limited supervision </li>\n <li>Ability to analyze and utilize key information to create territory action plans to achieve business objectives </li>\n <li>Ability to make independent decisions in the field positively impacting business objectives </li>\n <li>Excellent written, verbal, and communication skills </li>\n <li>Ability and willingness to conduct presentations to both small and large groups of people, to a diverse audience including, business personnel, customers, and community leaders </li>\n <li>Strong interpersonal skills </li>\n <li>Ability to work a non-traditional schedule, weekends, and evenings </li>\n <li>Bilingual desired (English/Spanish) </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Job Requirements: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High School Diploma or equivalent </li>\n <li>1+ years of work experience, industry-specific background preferred</li>\n <li>Must have reliable transportation to perform essential functions within an assigned geographic area </li>\n <li>Valid Driver’s License</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Additional Job Requirements</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Frequently position self to get in and out of a vehicle</li>\n <li>Regularly ascend and descend stairs</li>\n <li>Frequently move objects weighing up to twenty pounds</li>\n <li>Consistently work in outdoor weather conditions </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Additional Information</h2>\n<p>MarketSource is an Equal Opportunity Employer and will consider all applications without regards to race, sex, age, color, religion, national origin, veteran status, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, genetic information or any characteristic protected by law.
