    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>We are seeking an experienced Python Full Stack Developer with 5-8 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying web applications and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in frontend frameworks such as React and backend frameworks such as Flask, Django, coupled with expertise in cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), databases, and modern development practices. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, following Agile methodologies, to build robust and scalable AI focused solutions for business utilization.</p>\n<h2>Principal Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Design, develop, and maintain AI Solutions delivered as web applications using React, Python framework such as Flask, Django, and related frameworks.</li>\n <li>Work with PostgreSQL/MongoDB for relational and non-relational data storage, ensuring optimized database performance.</li>\n <li>Develop, deploy and manage cloud-based solutions using AWS services such as ECS/EKS, EC2, SQS, S3, DynamoDB</li>\n <li>Contribute to the design and execution of CI/CD pipelines, ensuring high availability, security, and scalability of applications.</li>\n <li>Optimize applications for performance and scalability across various cloud environments.</li>\n <li>Follow Agile development practices, including participation in Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives</li>\n <li>Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide feedback, and ensure alignment on development goals</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Position Requirements</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>5-8 years of proven experience as a Full Stack Developer, with a strong focus on React and Python frameworks such as Flask, Django.</li>\n <li>Extensive experience with PostgreSQL (relational databases) and MongoDB (NoSQL databases).</li>\n <li>Experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.</li>\n <li>Previous experience with microservices architecture and event-driven systems. Knowledge of AWS IAM policies and security best practices.</li>\n <li>Proven experience with AWS services such as ECS/EKS, ECS/EKS, EC2, SQS, S3, DynamoDB</li>\n <li>Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools for automated deployments. Proficient in version control using GitHub, including branching strategies, pull requests, and issue tracking.</li>\n <li>Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Agile development methodologies and working within Scrum teams.</li>\n <li>Strong understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and front-end integration.</li>\n <li>Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex workflows.</li>\n <li>Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.</li>\n</ul>",
