We love working with individuals who believe in sales with a purpose.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Retail Sales Associates enjoy the following perks:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Starting pay: $16 per hour</li>\n <li>Bonuses/comissions based on monthly conversion numbers and goals (ranging from $75-$650 with no cap)</li>\n <li>A complimentary monthly massage at the studio and discounts on additional sercvices</li>\n <li>Medical insurance</li>\n <li>401k Match</li>\n <li>Refferal Bonus</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Responsabilities and Duties:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Elements Massage is looking for a Retail Sales Associate / Customer Service Associate to create an exceptional massage experience for all the clients every time they enter the studio.</li>\n <li>Informing all clients about the benefits of the Elements Wellness Program, a no hassle membership plan.</li>\n <li>Following our proven sales process to enroll clients into the Elements Wellness Program.</li>\n <li>Being the first and final face of hospitality, whether on the phone or in the studio.</li>\n <li>Ensuring the client appointment paperwork and payment process is brief, painless, and accurate.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Here's what we are looking for:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to follow our proven sales process to sell the monthly Elements Wellness Program and build customer loyalty.</li>\n <li>The right candidate must like talking, but more important, love listening to all new clients, established clients, and prospective clients.</li>\n <li>The right candidate can turn every incident of client criticism to a story of great customer service.
