style='font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;'>Develop an Integrated Treatment plan to include identifying the client&rsquo;s short/long term goals and objectives. &nbsp;</span></li><li><span style='font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;'>Document in the client&#39;s medical record all encounters with the client, family members, and collateral contacts. &nbsp;Documentation will be completed timely and accurately.</span></li><li><span style='font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;'>Documents weekly the client&rsquo;s ongoing progress towards the goals/objectives identified.</span></li><li><span style='font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;'>Provides appropriate discharge planning for clients to include assisting the client with setting up discharge inpatient BHU to discuss referral to Outpatient Behavioral Health (for positions located on Touchette Regional Hospital Campus).</span></li><li><span style='font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;'>Ensure accurate billing for all encounters the EHR.</span></li><li><span style='font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;'>Maintains a safe environment monitoring continuously for any harmful contraband. &nbsp;Provides crisis screening and services as needed. &nbsp;</span></li><li><span style='font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;'>Attends in-services, trainings, and meetings as
