CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE SPECIALIST – JOB DESCRIPTION
Customer Experience Specialist Responsibilities:
The Customer Experience Specialist is responsible for executing, organizing, and monitoring customer experience strategies to ensure optimized interaction between the Company and customers. The Customer Experience Specialist will also manage Human Resources front desk duties and customer experience as such. The Customer Experience Specialist reports directly to the Training and Development Manager.
Customer Experience Specialist duties will include, but are not limited to:
Monitor customer experience through website, contact us, social media (Facebook, Indeed, Glassdoor, and Instagram) phone messaging and in store visits (as directed by Training and Development Manager) across all brands Execute customer experience through multiple channels including, but not limited to retail sets/layouts, customer rewards program and brand standards Monitor and communicate community outreach through networking functions, community events, donation requests as directed by executive team Create and maintain metrics and reports on customer experience activities that detail effectiveness and business impact Consistently monitor customer experience (both traditional and social) to identify opportunities and trends; leverage insights to protect and promote the brands while managing customer compliments and concerns Manage Human Resources front desk and oversee administrative duties, including supply management and company coffee orders
Experience/Qualifications:
BS/BA in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations or related field Strong interpersonal skills; friendly and outgoing personality Ability to establish and meet strict deadlines and to quickly develop clear priorities Strong communication, writing and presentation skills Complete understanding of social media channels Strong understanding of retail industry; customer insight and needs
Preferred Skills:
Three (3) to five (5) years in communications, marketing, public relations or equivalent experience, preferably in multi-unit retail Knowledge of retail, wholesale fuel, liquor, farm market and restaurant industries
Hours:
The Customer Experience Specialist is a full-time position and works a minimum of 40 hours per week
Salary/Income:
The Customer Experience Specialist is non-exempt, hourly position
