    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>Rewarding opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing direct services to clients and who enjoys the flexibility of working in a variety of settings. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>The successful candidate will work Monday through Friday from 3:00pm to 11:30pm.</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>This full-time position will be based at our housing site in Collinsville, IL.</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>The anticipated starting pay for new hires for this position is between $19.00 - $20.00 an hour.  </strong></p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Provide services where they are most effective—meeting clients in their homes or other community settings. You will offer initial triage and support during crisis situations, ensuring a rapid and grounded response.</p></li>\n <li><p>Utilize the <em>IM-CANS </em>assessment tool to co-create consumer-driven, personalized care plans. You’ll ensure all identified services meet program requirements while serving as a roadmap for the client's specific recovery goals.</p></li>\n <li><p>Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions using Evidence-Based Practices (EBPs). Your focus will be on education and skill-building to enhance client autonomy and daily living capabilities.</p></li>\n <li><p>Act as a dedicated advocate by providing case management, medication training, and consistent monitoring. You will help clients navigate the complexities of the healthcare system and understand their treatment regimens.</p></li>\n <li><p>Manage the essential \"behind-the-scenes\" continuity of care, including the pre-authorization and re-authorization of services to ensure treatment remains uninterrupted.</p></li>\n <li><p>Promotion of the Recovery Model Champion a trauma-informed approach to care that prioritizes:</p>\n  <ul>\n   <li><p><strong>Hope & Respect</strong></p></li>\n   <li><p><strong>Empowerment & Connectivity</strong></p></li>\n   <li><p><strong>Holistic Health & Wellness</strong></p></li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Candidates for this position must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and have five years of supervised mental health experience.</li>\n <li>Alternatively, a bachelor’s degree in counseling, social work, education, psychology, or a related human service field is required.</li>\n <li>Individuals with a bachelor’s degree in any other field must have at least 2 years of supervised clinical experience in a mental health setting.</li>\n <li>Demonstrated skills in human services and in services to adults. </li>\n <li>Demonstrated ability to work within organizational structure; to accept supervision; and to work constructively with consumers, treatment resources, and the community. </li>\n <li>Basic computer skills including MS Word and an electronic medical record. </li>\n <li>Valid driver’s license, private auto insurance, and be insurable.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>Are you intrigued by this job but don’t meet every single requirement?</em> Research shows that women and people of color are less likely to apply for jobs when that’s the case.
