    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Position Title:      Delivery Driver / Event Setup (Level 1 - Entry Level)</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Position Tasks &amp; Activities:</span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Delivery Driver</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Delivery, Load and unload equipment.</li>\n<li>Prep equipment, if necessary, prior to loading.</li>\n<li>Assist with the delivery and pick up equipment.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Provide directional assistance when parking delivery truck.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Read a road map and clearly communicate directions to the driver.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Maintain accurate delivery and pick up records.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Inform management of new sales opportunities and job sites.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Know specifics and applications of rental inventory to answer questions upon delivery.</span></li>\n<li>Maintain and comply with company procedures and policies.</li>\n<li>Recommend equipment and related items to customers.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Double check delivered items to make sure customer receives exactly what was ordered.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Notify dispatcher or store if behind schedule, so customers may be contacted.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Instruct customers on equipment operation.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Start equipment and review safety features with customers.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">When picking up equipment if something is missing or broken, fill out the appropriate forms and obtain customer’s signature.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Verify pick up ticket copies were delivered to warehouse supervisor/manager, so counts then can be verified prior to unloading.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Adhere to all company policies, procedures, rules and regulations in written or verbal form.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Comply with government safety requirements and other regulations and security in store.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Attend department, store and safety meetings.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Perform other duties as requested.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Nature of the Work:</span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Delivery Driver</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Will assist in loading and unloading vehicles/trucks and work with delivery personnel/driver and dispatcher/delivery coordinator to deliver any equipment in full or partial loads.  Must service customers in a polite, friendly and professional manner. </p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Working Conditions:</span></span>           </p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Delivery Driver</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>May be exposed to the general range of weather experienced in the area, with the exception of several hours in the warehouse loading or unloading and drive time. Some work areas may not be heated or air conditioned.  May have exposure to chemicals, including but not limited to gasoline, diesel fuel, propane, kerosene and cleaning solvents.  Propane is an obvious hazard; hence a sense of smell is required.  Some electrical equipment is delivered, although it is not a requirement to install or service the equipment.  If lighting is required (the installation of extension cords and lamps) the drivers are provided with Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter (GFI) breakers. Stooping, crouching, bending, lifting, lowering, reaching, twisting, pulling, pushing, carting and carrying are intermittent tasks that routinely occur.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Education, Skills &amp; Requirements:</span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Delivery Driver</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must be able to lift approximately 100 lbs. </li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Must maintain a professional personal appearance.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Must possess customer relation skills.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license.  CDL-A is a plus but NOT required.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Must be able to read a road map and clearly communicate directions to the driver.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Must be able to use mathematics to solve problems.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Must be able to speak English clearly and write legibly. The ability to speak other languages is a plus.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Must maintain an acceptable attendance record.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Must have a full range of motion and dexterity.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Must be able to understand and complete instructions furnished in written, oral or scheduled form.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Maintain a cooperative working relationship with co-workers.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Must be able to maintain a high degree of patience.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Reports to:     Level 3 or 2 leadership/ Director of Operations</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10.0pt\">This company is committed to equal employment opportunity.
