The role requires commitment to upholding ERMCO’s core values and aligning with the organization's strategic goals to ensure operational excellence and equipment reliability.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>What you will do</strong></p>\n<p>In this role you will demonstrate the ability to comprehend and execute detailed written and verbal instructions pertaining to the installation, preventive maintenance, and repair of all ERMCO manufacturing equipment. Successfully complete required training to ensure the safe and effective use of tools, machinery, and equipment associated with manufacturing operations. Regularly handle and transport materials weighing over 50 pounds, independently or with the assistance of lifting devices and/or team members. Maintain optimal equipment performance by conducting timely repairs and implementing long-term improvements in accordance with work orders and preventive maintenance schedules. Adhere strictly to all ERMCO safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Necessary Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to communicate effectively and understand both written and verbal instructions.</li>\n <li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.</li>\n <li>Proficient in basic math: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division across all units of measure.</li>\n <li>Demonstrated knowledge of proper lifting techniques.</li>\n <li>Capable of grasping, reaching, and handling tools, equipment, and materials.</li>\n <li>Skilled in using measuring devices, hand tools, and power tools.</li>\n <li>Ability to operate overhead hoists and lift-assist equipment.</li>\n <li>Physically able to: Lift and push items weighing 75+ lbs and pull items up to 60 lbs.</li>\n <li>Able to stand and walk frequently throughout the shift.</li>\n <li>Occasionally required to sit, stoop, reach, or kneel.</li>\n <li>Visual requirements include: 20/40 vision (with or without corrective lenses), normal peripheral vision of at least 70 degrees and depth perception and ability to adjust focus.</li>\n <li>You must comply with all plant safety policies and department-specific safety rules.</li>\n <li>Required to wear all designated personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety-toed shoes, safety glasses, cut-resistant gloves and hearing protection.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>3 Years of consistent work history</li>\n <li>1 year of manufacturing experience</li>\n <li>1 year of Maintenance (School or Job)</li>\n <li>Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with standard computer systems and applications.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><em><u> </u></em></strong></p>\n<p><strong><em><u>Join ERMCO and TRANSFORM your career.</u></em></strong></p>\n<h2>Job Locations</h2>US-TN-Dyersburg",
