This role will start seasonally based with the opportunity for full-time employment after the Summer Season.</p><p><strong>$1,000 Signing Bonus upon hire for candidates that meet ALL qualifications.</strong></p><p><strong>POSITION DETAILS:</strong></p><ul><li>Serve as point of contact for a dedicated zone of aquatic facilities.</li><li>Serve as the point of contact for all Aquatic/Swimming Pool Managers in your Zone.</li><li>Assist the Aquatic/Swimming Pool Managers to ensure smooth operation of the facilities during the summer season.</li><li>Ensure the safety and well-being of Clients and their members at assigned facilities.</li><li>Supervise, direct, and evaluate the work effort and performance of seasonal lifeguards.</li><li>Ensure all Client and Company policies are being enforced by the seasonal staff.</li><li>Ensure all Local, State, and Federal Regulations are being followed and serve as the point of contact for Local Health Department officials at your assigned client locations.</li><li>Ensure that your assigned facilities are being maintained consistent with Company standards and Industry Best Practices throughout the year.</li><li>Must be willing to work (5) days per week and on weekends as needed for 9-10 hours per day.</li></ul><p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS:</strong></p><ul><li>3-5 Year of Aquatics Experience (Lifeguard, Pool Manager, Pool Technician)</li><li>Ability to pass a criminal background and motor vehicle record check.</li><li>Strong oral and written communication skills are required.</li><li>Excellent relationship building skills.</li><li>Enjoys working in a fast-paced atmosphere.</li></ul><p><strong>ABOUT US:</strong></p><p>Founded in 2002, Swim Club Management Group, Inc. has quickly become the market leader for commercial swimming pool management and swimming pool maintenance services in the Carolinas and Virginia.
