          "text": "<p>We are seeking an experienced and motivated <strong>Environmental Manager</strong> to join our team, supporting a major linear infrastructure project in Hamilton, Ontario.</p><p>The successful candidate will play a critical leadership role in integrating environmental requirements across all technical disciplines, ensuring compliance with environmental approvals, and delivering high-quality environmental outcomes throughout the project lifecycle.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p><strong>Reporting &amp; Coordination</strong></p><ul><li>Report to the Team Environmental Lead on all environmental matters within assigned track segments</li><li>Coordinate closely with the Environmental Design and Approvals Manager and subject matter experts to ensure the successful and timely completion of Design, Development &amp; Integration (DD&amp;I) studies</li></ul><p><strong>Environmental Design Integration</strong></p><ul><li>Lead the integration of environmental requirements and DD&amp;I study outcomes across all technical disciplines</li><li>Ensure alignment with Environmental Assessment (EA) approvals, commitments, and regulatory requirements</li></ul><p><strong>Collaboration &amp; Risk Resolution</strong></p><ul><li>Work collaboratively with design and construction teams to embed environmental requirements into project execution</li><li>Identify, assess, and resolve environmental risks and issues within assigned project areas</li></ul><p><strong>Compliance &amp; Execution</strong></p><ul><li>Ensure all environmental commitments, mitigation measures, and approval conditions are implemented, tracked, and documented throughout the project lifecycle</li></ul><p><strong>Deliverables &amp; Scheduling</strong></p><ul><li>Take ownership of environmental deliverables, including Environmental Management Plans (EMPs)</li><li>Manage schedules, coordinate across disciplines, and ensure timely and compliant submission of deliverables</li></ul><p><strong>Why Join Us?</strong></p><ul><li>Contribute to a high-profile infrastructure project shaping the future of Hamilton</li><li>Work within a collaborative, multidisciplinary alliance environment</li><li>Take on a key leadership role with meaningful impact on environmental performance</li><li>Opportunity for professional growth and career advancement</li></ul><ul></ul>",
