Job Summary</u></strong></span><br><span style=\"color: black; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;\">The Area Supply Chain Manager (ASCM) leads and manages strategic supply chain projects, driving operational excellence and continuous improvement across assigned spend categories. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects that optimize supplier performance, cost competitiveness, and compliance, while supporting enterprise-wide initiatives. The ASCM works directly with Area Leadership while also collaborating with Strategic Sourcing Managers, Corporate Supply Chain Managers, and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful results to the Area and&nbsp;</span><span style=\"font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;\"><span>&nbsp;</span>WM.<span>&nbsp;</span></span></p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;</p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><u>II. Other duties may be assigned by Area Leadership or your Supply Chain Director:</span></p><h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: black;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; line-height: 115%;\">Project Leadership &amp; Execution</span></span></h3><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span>Lead supply chain projects from initiation through completion, including project planning, resource allocation, timeline management, and stakeholder engagement.</span></p></li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span>Develop project plans, milestones, and progress to ensure timely delivery of objectives.</span></p></li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span>Mitigate project risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes, through contract agreements.</span></p></li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span>Identify and facilitate area Requests for Proposal (RFPs), manage project budgets, and drive cost reduction initiatives.</span></p></li></ul><h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: black;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; line-height: 115%;\">Supplier &amp; Stakeholder Management</span></span></h3><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span>Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal customers to support project goals and foster collaboration.</span></p></li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span>Perform supplier performance reviews, feedback, and issue resolution.</span></p></li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span>Drive supplier development and continuous improvement initiatives within the region.</span></p></li></ul><h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: black;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; line-height: 115%;\">Performance Measurement &amp; Reporting</span></span></h3><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span>Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for supply chain projects and supplier performance.</span></p></li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span>Collect, analyze, and report data on project outcomes and supplier metrics to Area Leadership and Corporate Supply Chain Directors on a quarterly basis.</span></p></li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span>Present findings and recommendations to drive strategic decision-making and process improvements.</span></p></li></ul><h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: black;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; line-height: 115%;\">Strategic Sourcing &amp; Cost Management</span></span></h3><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span>Develop and implement sourcing strategies for assigned spend categories, leveraging volume and spend to maximize value.</span></p></li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span>Collaborate with Corporate Strategic Sourcing Managers and Area Procurement Managers to align area initiatives with enterprise objectives.</span></p></li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span>Continuously seek opportunities to reduce costs and enhance contract compliance.</span></p></li></ul><h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: black;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; line-height: 115%;\">Cross-Functional Collaboration</span></span></h3><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span>Work closely with other ASCMs, functional subject matter experts, and business units to share best practices and drive value chain improvements.</span></p></li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span>Participate in special projects and activities that enhance the effectiveness of the supply chain department.</span></p></li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span>Align with area site leadership to identify cost savings and project management opportunities.</span></p></li></ul><p><strong>III. Supervisory Responsibilities</strong><br>Responsible for the area supply chain project manager who will report directly to this role.</p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><u>IV. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific salary offered to a successful candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s relevant experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location.</span></p><p><span><strong>Paid Time Off:</strong> Employees will also receive discretionary paid time off, up to 80 hours of paid sick time per year, and 10 paid holidays throughout the calendar year. The Company provides this paid time off to comply with its obligations to provide paid sick and safe time (“PSST”) under Washington state law and local ordinances. Additionally, the Company has a leave pay policy that provides for up to 4 weeks of paid leave in a rolling 12-month period for qualifying leave.</span><br><br><strong><u>VI.
