Our BSAs work on a wide range of initiatives—from custom digital product development to large‑scale integration and modernization efforts spanning multiple systems and lines of business.</p><p>This mid‑level Technical BSA role is ideal for someone who enjoys operating at the intersection of business and technology, thrives in ambiguity, and brings a&#xa0;consultant’s mindset&#xa0;to problem solving. You will play a hands‑on role throughout the full delivery lifecycle, helping teams move from unclear problems to well‑designed, high‑quality solutions.</p><ul><li>Quickly become familiar with client business challenges and technology landscapes in order to act as a&#xa0;trusted advisor and subject‑matter partner&#xa0;to stakeholders.</li><li>Act as a key contributor on cross‑functional teams through&#xa0;all phases of the system delivery lifecycle, from discovery through delivery and validation.</li><li>Lead and support&#xa0;requirements elicitation&#xa0;using interviews, workshops, and collaborative working sessions to surface business needs and clarify solution intent.</li><li>Assist technical teams with&#xa0;solution design, including data modeling, interface definitions, integrations, and state or process flows.</li><li>Analyze data to understand&#xa0;current‑state structures, data quality, and business impact, and help define how data supports future‑state solutions.</li><li>Bridge business and technical perspectives to ensure solutions are&#xa0;valuable, usable, scalable, and maintainable.</li><li>Evaluate current‑state processes and systems, work with stakeholders to define a desired future state, and perform&#xa0;gap analysis&#xa0;to identify solution options.</li><li>Write and refine&#xa0;epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria&#xa0;as part of an iterative delivery team.</li><li>Coordinate and support&#xa0;integration testing and user acceptance testing (UAT)&#xa0;activities.</li><li>Communicate clearly and effectively with both technical team members and business leadership, adapting your message to your audience.</li><li>This role&#xa0;should expect a hybrid client‑site schedule, with regular onsite visits each week based on engagement requirements.</li></ul>",
