This position ensures the site remains safe, clean, and fully operational by performing preventive maintenance, repairs, and general upkeep on facility systems and infrastructure.</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building systems, machinery, and equipment.</li><li>Inspect and repair facility infrastructure including walls, floors, lighting, fencing, gates, and signage.</li><li>Maintenance of stationary equipment such as conveyors, balers, compactors, and sorting lines.</li><li>Conduct plumbing, carpentry, painting, and welding repairs as needed.</li><li>Support operations by promptly responding to maintenance requests to minimize downtime.</li><li>Maintain safe work areas by ensuring walkways, exits, and emergency systems are functional and clear of hazards.</li><li>Operate small equipment and power tools in accordance with safety guidelines.</li><li>Coordinate with outside contractors for specialized repairs or projects.</li><li>Document maintenance&nbsp;activities and communicate equipment or facility issues to management.</li></ul><p><strong>What We&rsquo;re Looking For:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>2+ years of facility, industrial, or equipment maintenance experience required (waste, recycling, or manufacturing industry preferred).</li><li>Knowledge of carpentry, electrical, and mechanical repair.</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license and clean driving record required.</li></ul><p><br></p></div></div></div>\n",
