Collaborate with industry experts and committed teams to monitor project performance, analyze data and develop strategies that drive efficiency and effectiveness. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Apply now and transform your career with us. </p>\n<h2>What you will be doing</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Reviews and analyzes contract management records to provide technical advice and project control guidance. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Assists with cost controls reporting and reconciliation for one District or Mega Project, providing reports to the Project Controls Director for Division-level summaries. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Supports the scheduling process for District or Mega Projects, including bid phase, project schedule creation, monthly reporting, and schedule updates. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Aids in the integration of company systems to track, monitor, and control costs or schedules, ensuring accurate training and utilization of approved systems for project document control and reporting. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Conducts regular project reviews and monitors job cost reports against key performance indicators (KPIs). </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Coordinates with the Division Claims/Contract Manager to track and monitor change order and claims preparation and resolution. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Tracks activities related to unsecured revenue and project contingencies. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Monitors and controls project cash flow by tracking over/under billing. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Assists with resource and cost loading to the schedule, including labor projections, equipment and material projections, and productivity trend reporting to accurately forecast project costs and financial outcomes. </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What we are looking for</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field required. </li>\n <li>3+ years’ experience in construction engineering, project management or project controls required. </li>\n <li>Experience with complex scheduling and cost control processes required. </li>\n <li>Knowledge of construction contract agreements and change order processes required. </li>\n <li>Proven written and verbal communication skills. </li>\n <li>Knowledge of accounting principles, including construction accounting, required. </li>\n <li>Able to identify cost reduction strategies in schedule, quantities or contract specifications that align with project budget and design specification requirements. </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Why work for us</h2>\n<p>Some of the benefits you may be eligible for as an employee are:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Comprehensive compensation package and paid time off program</li>\n <li>Industry leading 401(k)/RRSP</li>\n <li>Medical/Extended Health Care, Dental, Vision and/or Provincial Medical</li>\n <li>Wellness benefits & Employee Assistance Program</li>\n <li>Tuition Reimbursement Program</li>\n</ul>\n<p>We are an EEO/ADA/Veterans employer.</p>\n<h2>Salary Min</h2>USD $140,000.00/Yr.\n<h2>Salary Max</h2>USD $175,000.00/Yr.",
