The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the inventory and warehouse operations to ensure efficient and effective receipt, storage, and shipment of goods. This role will involve developing and implementing inventory management strategies, managing warehouse operations, and ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.</span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span>:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">1. Inventory Management:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">    - Develop and implement inventory management strategies to optimize inventory levels, reduce costs, and improve service levels.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">    - Analyze inventory data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">    - Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and business teams to ensure alignment with company objectives.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">2. Warehouse Operations:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">    - Manage warehouse operations, including receipt, storage, and shipment of goods.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">    - Ensure warehouse is organized, clean, and safe for employees and visitors.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">    - Develop and implement warehouse processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">3. Inventory Control:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">    - Develop and implement inventory control processes to ensure accurate inventory records, minimize stockouts, and reduce excess inventory.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">    - Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">    - Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and issues.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">4. Warehouse Layout and Design:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">    - Design and optimize warehouse layout to improve efficiency, productivity, and safety.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">    - Ensure warehouse layout is aligned with company objectives and strategies.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">5. Supply Chain Optimization:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">    - Collaborate with logistics and procurement teams to optimize supply chain operations, reduce costs, and improve service levels.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">    - Analyze supply chain data to identify opportunities for improvement.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">6. Compliance, Integrity, and Governance:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">    - Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">    - Develop and maintain inventory and warehouse management policies, procedures, and guidelines.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">7. Performance Metrics and Reporting:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">    - Develop and track performance metrics to measure inventory and warehouse management performance.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">    - Provide regular reports to management on inventory and warehouse management performance.</span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Requirements:</span></p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or its equivalent educational qualifications.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Minimum 8 - 10 years of experience in inventory management, warehouse management, or supply chain management.</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Proven experience in managing inventory and warehouse operations.</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Strong knowledge of inventory management principles, practices, and regulations.</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Proven involvement and collaboration in the development of integrated activity planning processes and not limited to resource allocation, constraints management, and enterprise risk management </span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Proven people leadership and </span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Proficient in inventory management software, such as SAP Business 1 ERP systems, and warehouse management systems (WMS).</span><br></li>\n</ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Nice to Have</span>:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">1.
