          "text": "<p>The Talent Acquisition Business Analyst will be part of a complex, global, matrixed talent acquisition function with knowledge of Oracle Taleo, Sourcing and Workday HR onboarding technologies, solid business analyst skills and a strong knowledge of HR recruitment processes.<br />.<span> </span><br />Responsibilities include:<span> </span><br />•    Monitor and provide tier 2 support for Taleo and Sourcing production environments<span> </span><br />•    Document business and system requirements in accordance with Medtronic IT polices<span> </span><br />•    Work with the testers, developers and 3rd party vendors on issue analysis and defect resolution<span> </span><br />•    Engage Talent Acquisition stakeholders to understand processes and application needs; support development of system strategies to accelerate growth and capability within the function<br />•    Manage full-cycle complex global technical enhancements<span> </span><br />•    Collaborate with IT colleagues to identify process improvements<span> </span><br />•    Create, enhance, and maintain global reports within Oracle Business Intelligence module<span> </span><br />•    Problem solve systems issues, analyze data sets and work with testers, Oracle support and 3rd party vendors on identifying and implementing solutions<br /></p>",
