certaines sociétés, incluant la tenue précise du grand livre général et des conciliations de soutien</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Préparer les conciliations bancaires de façon autonome et résoudre les écarts en temps opportun</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Gérer les activités de facturation et de recouvrement pour certaines entités, incluant la préparation des demandes de paiement, l’émission des factures, l’application des encaissements, le suivi des soldes impayés et la résolution des écarts au besoin</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Comptabiliser les ajustements requis, incluant les écritures de fin de mois, les écritures de journal et les corrections d’imputations au grand livre</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: The role plays a key part in month-end close and financial reporting, while also contributing to FP&amp;A functions, job costing reviews, and ERP systems support. This is a broad, high-impact role suited to a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic, multi-entity environment.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Full Cycle Accounting</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Perform full-cycle accounting for select companies, including maintaining accurate general ledger records and supporting schedules</li>\n<li>Prepare bank reconciliations independently and resolve reconciling items in a timely manner</li>\n<li>Manage billing and cash collection activities for selected entities, including preparing billing applications, issuing invoices, applying receipts, monitoring outstanding balances, and following up on discrepancies as required</li>\n<li>Record required adjustments including month-end accruals, journal entries, and corrections to general ledger allocations.</li>\n<li>Prepare and file monthly GST/QST returns accurately and on time.</li>\n<li>Prepare basic financial statements independently (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and supporting schedules); identify and investigate variances as needed</li>\n<li>Prepare regular and recurring reports as requested for both internal and external users</li>\n<li>Support year-end activities, including preparation of working papers and responding to auditor/government audit requests as required.</li>\n<li>Process and manage chargebacks across many entities;
