Pharmacy Services is a vital part of Legacy’s mission to make life better for everyone.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>If you are a <strong>Pharmacy Tech Lead</strong> who shares our passion for patient care and enjoys leading a team, we invite you to consider this opportunity.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Coordinates the day-to-day operations of the Pharmacy Technician staff at a designated site and/or department while also performing the duties of a staff pharmacy technician.</li>\n <li>Oversees the daily workload of the staff, including assignments, workflow, problem solving, etc.  </li>\n <li>Creates the staff schedule, including coverage for vacations and sick days.  </li>\n <li>Within scope of the position, responsible for employee performance on a given shift.  Brings larger employee performance issues to attention of the acting Pharmacist-in-charge or the Manager as appropriate. </li>\n <li>Facilitates communication amongst staff, providers and management.  Collaborates with other areas, site coordinators, departments and customers in problem solving and project management.  </li>\n <li>Coordinates orientation of new staff.  </li>\n <li>May serve as the payroll timekeeper. </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Education:  </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or equivalent required.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Experience:  </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Prior pharmacy tech/clerk experience or current pharmacy tech student or program graduate preferred.  </li>\n <li>Intravenous (IV) Admixture experience preferred. </li>\n <li>Keyboard skills and ability to navigate electronic systems applicable to job functions.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Licensure</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Current applicable state Pharmacy Tech Licensure (PHARM T) required prior to date of hire and maintained thereafter. </li>\n <li>National certification preferred.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Pay Range</h2>USD $28.62 - USD $37.28 /Hr.\n<h2>Our Commitment to Health and Equal Opportunity</h2>\n<p>Our Legacy is good for health for Our People, Our Patients, Our Communities, Our World.
