If you bring a positive outlook, trainable mindset and passion for service, we’d love to talk with you about growing your career. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Apply today to join our team or visit growfinancial.org/careers to learn more about us. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Required Skills & Experience</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or equivalent. </li>\n <li>Demonstrated customer service skills.</li>\n <li>Demonstrated aptitude and desire for sales achievement and strong interpersonal skills in a team environment.</li>\n <li>Basic math skills. </li>\n <li>Excellent verbal communication (Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.) </li>\n <li>Working knowledge of Windows-based PC products.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> <strong>Physical Demands </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to see and hear, write and speak English.</li>\n <li>Ability to type repetitive keystrokes.</li>\n <li>Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.</li>\n <li>Ability to occasionally move freely (standing, stooping, walking, bending, pushing and pulling) and lift up to a maximum of 25 pounds without assistance or with reasonable accommodation.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> <strong>Work Environment</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>This position is in-person.
