Description Customer Service Center Representative Remote (Must live in or near Tempe, AZ) Monday – Friday | Must be available to work 8:00am-5:00pm. You will assist callers with questions regarding defined benefit pension plans, payments, account information, required documentation, and next steps. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate multiple systems while delivering professional and empathetic customer service in a fast-paced call center environment. Requirements We’re looking for team members who are customer-focused, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a high-volume call center environment. To be successful in this role, you should have: Previous customer service and call center experience Pension or retirement benefits experience preferred Strong communication and active listening skills Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and tools efficiently Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to explain pension and retirement benefit information clearly and professionally Problem-solving skills with the ability to handle sensitive or complex inquiries Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy and quality High school diploma or GED preferred Ability to pass required background screening and drug test Key Duties Answer inbound calls regarding pension and retirement benefit inquiries Assist participants with questions related to pension plans, payments, forms, and account information Research and resolve participant concerns professionally and efficiently Review and explain required documentation and next steps to callers Meet productivity, quality, and attendance expectations Collaborate with team members and leadership to ensure timely issue resolution Due to varying state and local minimum wage laws, we are currently only able to hire candidates residing in states where our compensation structure complies with applicable wage regulations.
