This role is ideal for someone with a <strong>true eye for styling</strong>, who is passionate about curating complete looks, building wardrobes, and helping clients express themselves through luxury fashion!</p><p>Our women’s assortment features globally renowned designers including <strong>Saint Laurent, Thom Browne, Loewe, Bottega Veneta, Alaia, Khaite, and Phoebe Philo</strong>, among others.</p><h3><br><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3><ul><li>Act as a trusted style authority, creating cohesive, elevated looks and complete wardrobes tailored to each client’s lifestyle, taste, and needs</li><li>Deliver a highly personalized, relationship‑driven client experience aligned with luxury service standards</li><li>Build and maintain a loyal client book through thoughtful styling, regular outreach, and proactive clienteling</li><li>Drive sales by styling full looks across ready‑to‑wear, accessories, and footwear</li><li>Consistently meet and exceed individual and department sales goals</li><li>Demonstrate deep knowledge of designers, collections, fabrics, silhouettes, and seasonal trends</li><li>Stay fashion‑forward and translate runway and editorial inspiration into wearable styling for clients</li><li>Partner with the buying, merchandising, and visual teams to support floor storytelling and presentations</li><li>Process transactions accurately using POS systems and support inventory and merchandising initiatives</li></ul><h3><br><strong>Qualifications & Experience</strong></h3><ul><li><strong>Minimum of 3 years experience</strong> in luxury or high‑end women’s fashion retail</li><li>Proven strength in styling, wardrobe building, and consultative selling, not transactional sales</li><li>Strong aesthetic sense with the ability to mix designers, textures, and proportions</li><li>Demonstrated success in building long‑term client relationships and generating repeat business</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment</li><li>Flexible scheduling availability including weekends and holidays</li><li>Comfortable using POS systems and digital clienteling tools</li><li>Native or fluent proficiency in English (additional languages a plus)</li></ul><h3><br><strong>What We Offer</strong></h3><ul><li>Base salary plus competitive commission</li><li>Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and paid time off</li><li>Opportunity to work with one of the most curated luxury assortments in the U.S.</li><li>A creative, fashion‑driven environment that values individuality and style expertise</li></ul>",
